Sarurday, June 13

We ate breakfast back on the canal. It's a full breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, potato cake, toast, orange juice, and coffee or tea. We were energized.

Back to the hotel to get a cab to the ship. This taxi driver, unlike the one from yesterday was a real talker and con man. He managed to get me to pay in cash instead of a credit card. Colorful Israeli.

We thought we were early arriving at the ship but, it turned out everyone else was too. Maybe an hour later we were processed and in our room meeting our steward and getting a tour of our little room. Very pleasant.

A little rest, unpacking and some drinking and for Linda and I a little dancing to a combo playing in one of the lounges. We decided to eat dinner at the Lido buffet instead of the formal dining room.

Heidi and Doug had discovered a blues show at 8:30. Sounded good. Was good. Linda and I danced.

Good start to our Baltic cruise.
